Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Design Barn Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Creator Bazaar (the “Service”). It supplements the LottieFiles privacy practices that apply to your LottieFiles account.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with your LottieFiles account we receive your name, email address, avatar, and workspace membership needed to operate the Service.
  • Publisher information. Publisher profiles, plugin listings, releases, and related metadata you choose to publish are public.
  • Usage information. We record product events such as page views, searches, installs, uninstalls, downloads, and reviews, together with technical data (IP address, browser type) used for security, rate limiting, and analytics.
  • Submitted content. Plugin bundles you submit are stored and analyzed (including automated security scanning) as part of the review pipeline.

2. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To review submitted plugins for security and policy compliance.
  • To display public content such as publisher profiles, listings, and reviews.
  • To send transactional notifications (for example release status and team invitations).
  • To protect the Service against abuse, fraud, and security threats.
  • To produce aggregate, de-identified analytics about marketplace activity.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that host and operate parts of the Service (such as cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and error monitoring) under contractual confidentiality obligations; with the relevant publisher when you interact with their listing (for example a review shows your display name); and when required by law or to protect the Service and its users.

4. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above. Public contributions (reviews, published plugins) remain until removed by you, the publisher, or our moderators. Security and audit records are retained for a limited period consistent with their purpose.

5. Your choices

  • You can edit or delete your reviews and manage your publisher content at any time.
  • Account-level rights (access, correction, deletion) are exercised through your LottieFiles account.
  • You can contact us to ask about, correct, or delete data related to the Service.

6. International transfers and security

Information is processed in the regions where our infrastructure providers operate. We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service.
