Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Creator Bazaar (the “Service”), operated by Design Barn Inc. (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Creator Bazaar is a marketplace where publishers distribute plugins and related tools (“Content”) for the LottieFiles Creator ecosystem, and users discover, install, and review that Content. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You need a LottieFiles account to publish, install, or review Content. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into these Terms.

3. Publisher obligations

  • You must own or hold sufficient rights to all Content you submit, including bundled third-party components, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, distribute, and display that Content for the operation and promotion of the Service.
  • Content must comply with our Plugin Submission Requirements and all applicable laws.
  • Content must not contain malware, spyware, hidden data collection, obfuscated functionality that differs from its description, or code that damages or degrades user devices, data, or other services.
  • You are solely responsible for the Content you publish, including support, documentation, and any representations you make to users.

4. Review and moderation

Submitted Content passes automated validation and security analysis and may be reviewed by our moderators. We may approve, reject, block, suspend, or remove any Content or publisher at our discretion, including retroactively, when we believe it violates these Terms, our requirements, or applicable law, or poses a risk to users.

5. User conduct

  • Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or bypass its security.
  • Reviews and other contributions must reflect your genuine experience and must not be deceptive, abusive, or unlawful. We may moderate or remove contributions.
  • Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Content except as the publisher permits.

6. Intellectual property

Content remains the property of its publisher. The Service, including its software, design, and branding, remains our property or that of our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and all Content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Content is accurate, safe, or fit for any purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of Content is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Barn Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any Content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
