ype moves. Echo Text makes it look like it.

Set a word moving and Echo Text trails it: one sharp copy in front, and behind it copies that each run a little later, a little blurrier, a little fainter. A copy that's late is simply where the word used to be — so the delay does the placing, and there's nothing to keyframe by hand.

The controls mirror After Effects' Echo:

Trails — how many copies Delay — how far behind each one runs Trail blur — a real gaussian, horizontal only, along the axis of travel Fade — how much brightness each copy keeps Shadow offset — a fixed step, so the trail holds together at the turnarounds

Set Travel and Sweeps and it loops seamlessly: a whole number of passes over the scene, with the last frame landing exactly on the first.

Any font Creator can use — presets, Google Fonts, uploaded assets — with weight, size, colour and letter spacing. Four presets to start from: Drift, Stepped, Smear, Shadow.

It arrives as one nested layer, not a pile of loose ones. Eight layers and a few hundred keyframes at the defaults.

Good to know. The blur and letter spacing come in through the imported layer; if that path is unavailable you get the movement without them, and the plugin says so. Lottie text references fonts rather than embedding them, so a player without your font will substitute one.
